OMG! You might have read how we salivated over the fresh buffalo mozzarella in Italy. Well, it’s so hard to find in Perth, but I walked past Simon Johnson today and on their blackboard they had a fresh load in from Italia! woop woop! Anyway, it was horrifically expensive, and I can’t quite talk about it yet, but it’ll be a nice treat for Muz’s bday weekend. We’ll try and recreate that “I’m in Portofino on the beach eating tomato and cheese with olive oil and drinking bubbles” thing in the backyard, in winter, this weekend. So will let you know (because I’m sure you won’t sleep until I do) what it’s like.
